Most surf camps sell nights. We sell an organised week, and we own most of what goes into it — which is where the margin is.
What exists today
| Pillar | Detail |
|---|---|
| Accommodation | Four addresses in and around Taghazout: hostel, guesthouse and two apartments in a secure residence with a pool |
| Surf school | Own instructors, own equipment, three levels, running year-round |
| Coworking | Fibre, soundproofed call booths, 24/7 access for resident guests — addressing a remote-work market still forming here |
| Mobility & transport | Two separate companies, each licensed and insured for its own activity |
| Activities | A fixed weekly calendar of seven excursions, operated rather than resold |
| Distribution | Own booking engine in six languages, alongside the OTA channels |

Where we are taking it
Off the OTAs. Every booking that moves from a platform to our own engine keeps its commission in the business. The six-language site and the direct booking flow exist for that reason.
Out of the season. Surf in Taghazout runs all year, but demand does not. Coworking and long stays are the two products that fill the shoulder months, and they are where we are putting the effort.
Up the value per guest. A bed is a commodity. A week that includes coaching, seven excursions, transfers and a desk is not, and it is far harder to compare on price.
Why here
Taghazout is a village of around 5 000 people, nineteen kilometres from an international airport, with world-class point breaks and surf every month of the year. Large resorts have gone up at Taghazout Bay; the village itself has not become one, and that distinction is the product.
Very little accommodation here is built for someone who needs to work on a Tuesday. That gap is the one we are filling.
What we do not publish here
Occupancy, revenue, margin structure, cost base and forward bookings are shared under NDA with parties who have identified themselves and stated their interest. You will not find invented figures on this page, and that is deliberate. A number we cannot defend in a second meeting is worse than no number at all.
If you want the conversation
Write with who you are, the kind of involvement you are considering — equity, debt, partnership, property — and your timeframe. We answer serious approaches properly, and we say no quickly to the rest, which we think everyone prefers.
Talk to us
Write to our contact form with “Investors” in the subject line, or message us on WhatsApp. A person answers, usually the same day.
