You have the beds and the guests. What you probably do not have is a fleet of vans, a rack of boards, insured coaches, a licensed transport company and someone answering WhatsApp at seven in the morning about a swell. That is the part we already run — every day, for our own guests.

What we can run for you

Pick one service or all of them. There is no obligation to take the whole list, and nothing here requires you to send us your guests — they stay yours.

Two ways to work together

ModelHow it worksSuits you if
White labelThe service is delivered under your name. Your guest books with you, pays you, and meets a coach or a driver who introduces themselves as part of your programme. You set your own selling price on top of our partner rate. You want the service to look like yours, and you want to keep control of the margin.
ReferralYou send the guest to us, we invoice the guest directly, and you receive a commission per confirmed booking. Lighter to set up, no pricing decisions on your side. You do not want to handle money for services you do not control.

Whichever model you pick, the operational responsibility sits with us: our staff, our equipment, our insurance, our licences. That is the point of subcontracting.

Why subcontract rather than build it

  • No capital tied up in vans, boards, wetsuits or scooters
  • No coaches on your payroll in a season that is not yours
  • No licences to obtain — tourist transport is a regulated activity in Morocco
  • No idle capacity — you pay per service delivered, not per month
  • One contact and one invoice, not five suppliers
  • A revenue line you did not have, on guests already in your beds

How partner rates work

Partner rates are not our public rates, and they are not published. They are quoted per partner, because they depend on the season, the volume you expect, which services you take and whether you are working white label or on referral.

What you get in writing before anything starts: the net rate per service, what is included, what is not, the cancellation terms, and the notice we need. No verbal pricing — it protects both of us.

What we ask of you

  • A named contact on your side, and a channel we can actually reach in the morning
  • Guest numbers and any medical or dietary constraints before the service, not on the day
  • Honest level information for surf guests — putting a nervous beginner in an intermediate group is how people get hurt
  • Written terms agreed before the first booking. Ours are in the booking conditions, and partner agreements are signed per company

Where to start

Tell us what kind of property you run, roughly how many guests a week, and which of the services above you would actually sell. We will tell you honestly whether it works — if we cannot deliver your volume at the quality we want, we will say so rather than take the contract and disappoint your guests.
